The Panizzi Vernaccia di San Gimignano Riserva is a white wine made from 100% Vernaccia grapes, produced by the oldest vines of Panizzi's vineyard.

Fermentation of the Vernaccia grapes is conducted in barriques where the wine stays for approximately 11 months.

After bottling the Vernaccia Riserva is left to 'fine' for a further year prior to its release.

The final Vernaccia di San Gimignano Riserva has a deep straw colour and an elegant bouquet with scents of vanilla.

On the palate the white wine displays good balance and a long finish.

Panizzi's Vernaccia Riserva is a superb white wine that will age gracefully for a few years more if required.
