The Trimbach Cuvée Frédéric Emile Riesling is made entirely from very ripe grapes which are hand-picked selectively at the end of the harvest.
The vines used for the production of this Riesling are on average 30 years of age, which assists in low yields and concentrated fruit.
The wine is vinified in stainless steel vats with no oak aging. It is bottled early to preserve freshness and aged for a few years in bottle prior to release.
