Fruit for the Tinpot Hut Sauvignon Blanc was sourced primarily from Fiona Turner's own vineyard in Blind River, with further fruit supplemented from other carefully selected sites in the Marlborough region.

The Tinpot Hut Sauvignon Blanc has lovely depth and intensity and a Sauvignon pungency that is leavened by an attractive mineral character on both the nose and palate.

The 2008 vintage of Tinpot Hut won Gold at the 2008 Sommelier Wine Awards.
