Jermann’s Vinnae white wine is an amazing blend of Ribolla Gialla (a native grape to Friuli), Malvasia and Riesling grapes.

This white wine has a perfumed scent of oranges and flowers and is slightly reminiscent of fine Viognier or Gewurztraminer.

The blend used to make this fine white wine is 33% Malvasia, 33% Ribolla Gialla and 34% Riesling grapes; although these percentages do change slightly dependent on the vintage. All the grapes are traditional white varieties used in this area of Venezia, Villanova di Farra.

Only small volumes are ever made and this enables Jermann to control the quality of each individual parcel by tending it meticulously throughout the year. Yields are kept low in order to increase concentration and are harvested at the optimum ripeness and acidity balance.
