Whitehaven wines was formed in 1993 by Greg and Sue White, and winemaker, Simon Waghorn. Their aim was to establish a winery in Marlborough producing premium quality varietal wines. To achieve this they have brought together a leading New Zealand winemaker, a dedicated group of growers, and a small modern winery facility where top quality fruit can receive the 'hands-on' treatment that it needs to achieve its full potential.

The Mansion House Bay label is produced specifically for the UK on-trade market and as such has proved extremely popular in many notable bars, restaurants and hotels throughout the United Kingdom. Hic! are pleased to be able to offer their customers access to these fantastic wines.

The Mansion House Bay (Marlborough) Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine made from grapes that are all picked by hand and from one single vineyard. Once at the winery vinification is undertaken in state-of-the-art stainless steel temperature controlled fermentation tanks.
