Yarrabank is the result of a long collaboration between Yering Station in the Yarra Valley and Champagne Deveaux in Champagne. Every year, at opposite ends of the season, the winemakers travel to their partner's region to learn from and impart new ideas to each other.

The naturally cool climate in the Yarra Valley, coupled with the mature, established Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards make an ideal combination for extremely high quality, traditionally fermented and matured sparkling wines.

Yarrabank Cuvee Brut is the very eptiome of Australian sparkling wine and is a worthy consideration for any 'fizz' drinking enthusiast!

The 2004 vintage of Yarrabank Cuvee Brut is a composition of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay. Grapes were whole bunch pressed with only the cuvee being used in the assemblage. Pale straw in colour the Yarrabank has an excellent persistent fine bead.
