All the grapes for this sauvignon blanc wine are picked by hand. Vinification, is undertaken in state-of-the-art stainless steel temperature controlled fermentation tanks. This helps to preserve the aromas and concentration of the wine, which is then cold settled and bottled to preserve as much of the aroma and freshness as possible. The final wine is straw green in colour displaying gooseberry, redcurrant and lemon aromas. The palate is medium to full bodied with vibrant acidity and crisp fruit flavours. The finish is zesty and long.
