Champagne Devaux

Aube

Devaux is a dynamic cooperative based in the southern part of Champagne. It is one of the biggest vineyard holders in the region, with almost 1,500 hectares of vineyard in the Aube and Côte des Blancs. They have contracts with a number of top houses in Champagne, but are able to reserve the best grapes for their own Devaux wines; reflected in the quality of Champagne they produce.

The house style is dictated by their location, as the Pinot Noir is the main grape variety planted in the Aube. As a result of this location Devaux are specialists in the production of Rosé Champagne; of which the demand is always extremely high.
