Roger Brun is a family-run Champagne house based in the Grand Cru village of Aÿ. His great grandfather learnt the art of Champagne making while working for Moët et Chandon in the early 1900s, and the family’s passion for Champagne has continued ever since. Roger Bruns’ son Phillippe has now taken over the winemaking and the running of the estate.

The house of Roger Brun has an excellent reputation and has formed close relations with other growers in the region; this is thanks to the fact it acts as a presshouse for the likes of Piper and Charles Heidsieck, Moët et Chandon, Jacquart and Nicolas Feuillatte. As well as producing Champagnes with fruit from its own vineyards, Roger Brun also acts as a négociant, buying the extra grapes it needs from other growers and selling some of its grapes to other houses.
