Soleus Organic

Central Valley Soleus is a fully certified organic range of wines produced by Montgras, who are very conscious of the sustainability and biodiversity of all of their vineyards. The grapes for the organic range of Soleus wines come from the Aurora Estate in Teno. Watered with pure Andean snow melt water the vineyards benefit from the reliable Chilean sunshine and cool Pacific breezes. Winemaker Santiago Margozzini is in charge of selecting the fruit and crafting the Soleus range of wines, which are produced in limited quantities.
