| New from Yering Station is the 'Little Yering' Pinot Noir; made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes are part fermented in barrel and aged for 9 months in French oak barrels for 9 months prior to release.
The Little Yering Pinot Noir displays aromas of strawberry and red cherry with subtle vanilla notes.
On the palate this wonderful red wine is well structured with great length, depth of fruit and a pleasant savoury finish.

| Grapes for the Yering Station Chardonnay 2005 are sourced from the cool viticultural region of the Yarra Valley, north east of Melbourne.
After destemming, the grapes are gently crushed and pressed into stainless steel tanks for cooling and settling prior to fermentation in French oak barriques - 25% of which are new. There is no malolactic fermentation performed in order to retain the natural acidity formed in the cool climate ripened grapes .. |

| The Yarra Valley Riesling grapes used in the production of this wine were all hand picked late in the season.
The berries were naturally sun concentrated. The grapes were pressed directly into a stainless steel tank to keep the freshness.
The final Yering Station Late-Harvest Riesling has amazing balance of viscosity and acidity.

| The Yering Station Pinot Noir Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown exclusively on Yering Stations own vineyards.
After careful grape selection in the vineyard the grapes are transported to the winery where they are given 12 - 36 hours contact with skins and then pressed. The juice is transferred directly to French oak barriques for fermentation where the wine is aged on lees, whilst a full natural malo-lactic fermentation occurs.

| The grapes for the Yering Station Reserve Chardonnay were harvested at optimum flavour intensity during the month of March.
Two different Yarra Valley vineyards were handled individually in the winery to achieve greater complexity. All the juice was cold settled in tank with a large portion of solids added at racking then transferred to oak for fermentation using 50% wild yeast and lees stirring.
