Agricola Punica

Agricola PunicaSardinia

Founded in 2002 the Agricola Punica is an alliance between Tenuta San Guido (producers of Sassicaia), Cantina Santadi, Antonello Pilloni (president of Santadi), Sebastiano Rosa and Giacomo Tachis. Collectively their aim is to produce the ultimate expression of Carignano, a variety that Giacomo Tachis believes can excel in Sardinia.
Agricola Punica consists of 2 sites close to Santadi in Sulcis Meridionale – Barrua and Narcao, 30 and 100 hectares respectively. There are plans for a further 60 hectares to be planted, 40 hectares of which have already been located in the finest regional terrain with optimum exposure. Definitely a winery to watch!

The whole bunches are destemmed ..

Trinity Hill

Hawke's Bay

Nestled at the foot of the three crested 'Roy's Hill', nine miles south west of Hastings in Hawke's Bay is Trinity Hill.

The winery is a partnership between John Hancock, Robert and Robyn Wilson (owners of London's Bleeding Heart and The Don restaurants) and Aucklanders Trevor and Hanne Janes; three founding families hence the name "Trinity Hill".
