North-east of Paris, lies the Champagne region, the most northern vineyard area in France and home to the most celebrated wines in the world. The range of champagne on offer at Hic! may not impress the casual observer as representing the broadest selection available on the web; however, in our opinion, it does have great depth in quality to promote it over its rivals! We have made a conscious effort to offer Champagne from quality conscious growers, co-operative’s and other Champagne producing houses, which reflect variances in both style and price. To this end I am pleased to incorporate Champagne Henriot and Champagne Taittinger in to our portfolio alongside our other distinctive producers such as Serge Mathieu, Roger Brun and the wonderful dynamic co-operative Devaux.
