Delamain | Cognac
Established in 1759, Delamain is one of the oldest and last family-owned and run houses in Cognac. Situated along the quiet Charente River, in the heart of the tranquil small town of Jarnac, their Cognacs mature in cellars that are many centuries old. Producing only X.O. quality Cognac and above, and sourcing only from the Grande Champagne area, Delamain has become a byword for quality and consistency. They use solely 'ruby' (the casks have already lost their excess of tannin) French wooden casks containing 350 litres.
