Returns Policy

We would like all our customers to feel confident about shopping online with Hic!

We want you to be completely happy with both the service and products that you receive from us.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service then please contact us as soon as possible either by phone: 01977 550047 or email enquiries@hic-winemerchants.com and we will advise you how to proceed.

If any of our products are ordered by you in error and you wish to return them to us, we will happily refund to you the price you paid for the product. When you return the products back to us they must be in a saleable condition and in the original, undamaged packaging.

We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser via their original payment method once it is received by us. A refund of any delivery charges will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return goods. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us.
