If any of our products are ordered by you in error and you wish to return them to us, we will happily refund to you the price you paid for the product. When you return the products
back to us they must be in a saleable condition and in the original, undamaged packaging.
In this instance we will refund the price of the item to the purchaser via their original payment method once it is received back to us and its condition is verified as saleable.
Please note that a refund of any delivery charges levied will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery or traceable service to return any goods back to us. Please note that ‘proof of posting’ is not
‘proof of receipt’ and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us.
Claims for breakages will only be allowed if the Customer notifies Hic! as soon as possible (and, in any event, no later than 7 days) after delivery. The Customer must retain any
breakages and accompanying packaging for examination by Hic! if required.
