Returns and Refunds Policy

We would like all our customers to feel confident about shopping with Hic! and be completey happy with both the service and products that they receive from us. If you are dissatisfied with any product from Hic!, please notify us as soon as possible either by Telephone 01977 550047, Fax 01977 520957 or email me and we will advise you how to proceed.

If the goods are faulty or damaged please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

All goods must be returned in their original packaging, and you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods, (unless they are faulty/damaged or have been delivered by us in error).

If the goods are ordered in error and you wish to return them to us, we will happily refund to you the price you paid for the product, however, any delivery charge that was levied at the point of purchase will not be refunded in this instance.

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and The Electronic Commerce Regulations (EC Directive) 2002, you are entitled to a 7 day 'Cooling Off Period' and may cancel your contract with us within 7 days of receipt of your wine.

Should you wish to cancel your contract you must contact us within this period. Please note that the wine must be returned at your own expense, unopened and in its original packaging. You are liable for any damage caused between receipt of the wine and its return back to us.

Will all customers please note our delivery terms and conditions. Any goods that are returned to us through non-delivery will incur a £20.00 surcharge.

We record only your delivery details and sufficient contact information to enable us to contact you if there is a problem with your order. We do not hold your payment / card details, this is all handled securely by PayPal.
