How To OrderAdd Products On the product page you wish to order from put the quantity of bottles you require in the box - click ADD to add that number of bottles to your order.Your Basket As you browse the site and add products to your basket you will notice that the value of your order and the quantity of items making up your order will appear in the menu to the right of the screen. You can click on the 'View Basket' link at any time to view the entire contents of your basket. You can change the quantity or delete items from your order here if you wish to. You can continue shopping by clicking on the continue shopping link. Once you are happy with the items you have in your basket, click the 'Check Out' link to proceed with your order.  Check Out After clicking on 'Check Out' you will be asked for your delivery details. Please select your delivery area from either; UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Scottish Islands. Also please enter your postcode as you may qualify for free delivery! Once you have entered your delivery details you will be asked to 'Confirm your Order', if you are happy with the total cost of your purchase please press 'continue' to proceed to the Payment and Delivery Details page. Payment & Delivery Details We are pleased to accept credit and debit card payments via Paypal and cheques or postal orders, made payable to Hic!. You can choose your preferred method of payment in this section. Your order will be sent to the address details you provide here also. Please enter any other delivery information in the box provided and click Confirm Order to continue. Invoice Confirmation Your order reference and details will be displayed on an invoice for you to print off and keep for your own records.  Substitutions Please note that alternative wines may be used to complete an order if a particular wine is out of stock or if there has been a change in vintage. However, in these instances, we will do our best to contact you to explain the situation and discuss the possible alternatives. In the absence of instructions to the contrary, an appropriate substitute may be used to complete an order, providing that we are confident it is fully the peer of, and as good value, as the unavailable item. |
