Delivery Options

Our delivery service is free for all orders over £150.00 and delivered to a single address in England and Wales.

The following postcodes in Scotland will also receive this free delivery service: DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA (except KA27 & KA28) KY, ML, TD, AB1 to AB16, AB21 to AB25, AB30, AB39, PA1 to PA19, PH1 to PH3.

For all orders under £150.00 a delivery charge of £9.95 will be made.

We can offer our delivery service to addresses in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland. In addition we can also offer timed deliveries and Saturday delivery at an extra cost. Please contact us for an accurate price quotation for your order.

We normally deliver between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday within 7 working days from receipt of order.

Please note that if our courier is unable to deliver your order they will leave a card and attempt delivery the next working day. If the next day delivery fails again a card will be left requesting that you collect your consignment from their depot. For this reason it is important when placing an order to consider using a work address if possible for delivery. Please also include a contact telephone number so, if needed, the delivery driver can contact you direct.

If after five working days your order is still not collected it will be returned to Hic! and the customer will have to pay for re-delivery. If a consignment is returned to Hic!, the cost of this return, following all reasonable attempts at delivery and contact, will be the liability of the customer. At preset this cost is £20.00.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
