We can offer delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland. A charge of £30.00 per order is applicable for this service.

Please note that UK Mail (Business Post) will only attempt to deliver your consignment once. For this reason it is important when placing an order to consider using a work address if possible for delivery. Please also include a contact telephone number so, if needed, the delivery driver can contact you direct.

If you are unable to accept delivery of your consignment please give alternative instructions for us to leave the consignment at your own risk without signature in a place of your choosing - e.g. garage, back door, or with neighbour. Please specify these details in the Buyer Message section of the online order form.

If the consignment cannot be delivered, following the instructions as set out above; the delivery driver will leave a card with a contact number of the depot where your order can be collected.

In the event you receive a card please contact the depot as soon as possible to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to collect your order. The depot will hold your wine for a maximum of 5 working days before returning it to our premises.

Please note that if an order is returned to our premises an additional charge of £20.00 will have to be made to cover the return to sender costs. If you want the order re-sending the applicable standard delivery charge will also have to be paid.

All our consignments are extremely well packaged, in specially designed transit cases approved by our courier and can be tracked online at each stage of their journey, so your order arrives to you in perfect condition.

When stock is available for immediate despatch we aim to ship all orders for next day delivery. From time to time certain stock lines can be delayed if they are, stored under bond, or, in transit to us as part of a new shipment. We will endeavour to keep customers informed at all times should there be any prolonged delay to their order.
